Fitness and Leisure United Kingdom is an innovative employee led Social Enterprise set up for the benefit of local communities. Based on Social Enterprise models in the East Midlands, Fitness and Leisure United Kingdom is a non-profit distributing organisation. This means that any profits are reinvested in the service and the community rather than paid out to shareholders as dividends. A Social Enterprise before the term became vogue we have a board consisting of elected members and customers.
